Over the last few years the Pinnacle team has worked with the Township of Montclair on the Montclair Center Gateway Redevelopment Plan, a development of 304,271 SF of mixed-use property at 638 Bloomfield Avenue. Pinnacle worked with the town on behalf of the landowners, DCH Automotive Group, on the adoption of a redevelopment approval to facilitate a thriving, amenity rich, ‘next generation’ LEED community. The approved plan includes 259 residential units, 571 parking spaces, 23,055 SF of office space and 22,340 SF of retail space and will be called CENTROVERDE at Montclair. The second phase of the project will likely include a boutique hotel by The Pinnacle Companies. In May of 2013 LCOR, a fully-integrated real estate company, closed on the property.
